CORE VALUES
The core values of KSSS are entrenched in the social wisdom of the Catholic Church, the organization is committed to admit and promote these values. These values inspire the KSSS members and its associates at the grass root level in all kinds of their activities intervened for the betterment of humankind, especially the excluded sections of society for whom we are committed to change the situations through continuous efforts. We strongly believe in the dignity of poor and the marginalized, develop their inner potentials, and achieve the denied rights so that they can realize the actual meaning of independence. Our organization is working only as the catalyst in this whole process of empowerment of weaker sections of society.
1. Changing the dehumanizing situations through empowerment of excluded sections of society:
The every action of KSSS will be for the protection of the self-respect of the individuals and groups of the marginalized sections of the society. Organization will dedicated to protect and promote the dignity of its own employees working in the different stations of diocese. We believe in the right to life of every human being. Our society in all its efforts will promote respect for the workers and people of different communities irrespective of religion, caste, culture, gender, language, region or any other difference.
2. Equal opportunity to all:
We believe in providing equal opportunities to each individual to achieve its objectives and proper use of resources according to individual's need and ability. No discrimination in the participation of male and female, rich and poor, every person will be provided the opportunity to become efficient human being who can freely participate in the development of society.
3. Justice:
Organization will promote justice and peace in the society. Society believes that every person has the right to express and be heard and treated impartially in all situations. We will be there where justice is denied, human rights are violated and communities are living in dehumanizing conditions to support them through our combined efforts with like-minded persons and organizations working for the same objectives.
4. Unity:
Organization will do every attempt to enhance the unity among different communities, rich and poor so that we can achieve the common good. Everybody will obtain the fruit of its hard work. The unity will unite us together to achieve the common goal.
5. Transparency and Accountability:
Society strongly believes in the transparency, accountability and honesty in every activity of the organization these are the basic values and prerequisites for the development of our organization. Every member and employee of organization is accountable for his/her actions, there will be transparency in all decision making processes, proper use of resources, assessing performances and in communicating with the concerned persons.
6. Quality and effective performance:
Society believes in the quality work and will make every effort to maintain the quality and effectiveness in every action meant for the development of organization and community. To sustain the same society will enhance the capacity of the employees and members with great priority.
